Advanced

The advanced dive class works towards being a competition diver. The class will focus equally on 1 meter and 3 meter. To be considered for this class divers should have the ability to do dives in 4 directions on 1m, as well as a flip or 1.5 somersaults in 2 directions, as well as perform a back line up, front line up and dives in 2 directions on 3m.
